Devlog #1 — First Steps into Tenebris

Hey everyone!
This is my first time creating a game, and also my first devlog — so it's both exciting and a little scary. Tenebris started as an idea about a man who couldn't die, and evolved into something darker, more philosophical, and personal.
Right now, I'm building the story in Twine — a tool that lets me focus fully on narrative and choice-making. The world is medieval, twisted by mistakes, and shaped by the player's decisions and deaths. Every wrong choice leads to a new "vision" — not just a retry, but a hint of a fractured future.
I still have a long way to go, but I'm learning a lot. The game won't be huge, but it will be meaningful.
Thanks for checking out the project. I’d love to hear your thoughts or ideas — feel free to reach out on Discord: banan_
Next up: Finishing the first chapter and adding more variations based on player choices. Stay tuned!
